Import Logistics Coordinator

• Contact the dedicated customer for instructions / reminders
• Process agent and early warning messages (network contact)
• Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel
• Handle anomalies / disputes
• Propose corrective and preventive measures
• Contact the warehouse and other subcontractors
• Inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of goods
• Communicate file information to the hierarchical manager
• Monitor the quality of service center services
• Create SOPs when required to support the offshoring process
• Troubleshoot proactively to find suitable solutions for the customer

• A four‑year BS/BA degree is preferred, not required
• At least two (2) years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer service duties
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced office
• Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong teamwork attitude
• PC literacy with MS Office applications
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level minimum)
