Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly
SummaryThis position is responsible for executing scheduled production activities across Bulk, Blending, and Packaging operations. The role supports the movement, processing, inspection, and preparation of products to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met throughout the plant.

- Scale, load, and unload inbound and outbound tankers
Sample inbound and outbound materials for quality verification - Drain and inspect tankers for cleanliness prior to use
- Transfer finished product to stock tanks and storage units
- Verify inventory levels of bulk tanks and storage systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bulk handling areas
- Support blending processes including staging, transferring, and mixing of products
- Move materials between blenders, stock tanks, and storage units
- Perform quality inspections on blending equipment, lines, and containers
- Sample blended products for retain and quality records
- Fill products to required weights and volumes using manual or automated systems
- Label packaged products accurately
- Perform post-fill inspections (seals, closures, cleanliness)
- Palletize, shrink-wrap, and secure finished goods for shipment
- Retrieve and stage products based on production or customer service tickets
- Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of production
- Collect and maintain product samples for quality retain programs
- Complete required documentation including:
- Production tickets
- Transfer logs
- Bills of lading
- Inventory records
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all production and inventory data
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across all departments
- Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and operating guidelines
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to efficiency and workflow
- Assist in other plant areas as needed based on business demand
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or related environment (preferred)
- Previous fork truck experience (preferred)
