Maintenance Technician
This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoots and repairs machinery & equipment
- Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical schematics
- Install and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring and electrical/electronic components
- Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
- Set-up and operate machine tools such as lathe, mill, grinder, and drill to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools
- Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
- Fabricate and repair table, benches, racks, and other metal structures
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines & equipment
- 3+ years robotic experience such as Motoman and/or Fanuc
- Blueprint & electrical reading experience required
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience required
- Automotive manufacturing experience required
- Journey worker license preferred
- Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Overtime including weekends may be required and are mandatory
- Pay is based on experience
