The Estimator & Project Manager is responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed estimates, and overseeing all phases of project execution. This dual-role position coordinates activities with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and relevant documents.
Develop project budgets, timelines, and scopes in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and resources.
Manage contracts and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Ensure all work adheres to legal, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on commercial or public sector projects.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and database management.
