Zeeco Italy is searching for a talented Project Engineer, based in our new office, located in Cinisello Balsamo (MI).
The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Incinerators division products and relevant technical requirements.
The Project Engineer – Incinerators will be responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements. Duties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, developing and maintaining the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub‑vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required.
Responsabilities- Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
- Confirm equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines.
- Coordinate drafting activities to ensure all required drawings are completed on time.
- Review customer markups, clarify comments and instruct drafting as to disposition.
- Ensure costs remain within the assigned budget and manage any changes with the customer and suppliers.
- Maintain delivery schedule based on customer requirements and Zeeco workloads, including coordination of drafting, purchasing, manufacturing and quality control.
- Pre‑order materials as required to meet delivery.
- Coordinate and provide information to the Quality Control Department for customer / job specifications.
- Coordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job, including internal communications and all correspondence with the customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants.
- Coordinate written advice and commercial resolution with the customer concerning any change to the scope of supply.
- Notify Accounts Department when billings are to be sent.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, which may include support to the sales and application engineer.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Must be fluent in English and Italian.
