The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of Tik Tok.

In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our platform and our partners, moving beyond simple account management to become a trusted business advisor. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze complex metrics and unique platform data, translating them into compelling narratives that maximize ROI.

By proactively monitoring campaign performance and aligning platform solutions with client marketing initiatives, you will exceed expectations and secure future investment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Excellence: build and strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders to drive shared business goals and long-term growth, partnering with Brand Partnerships Manager.

* Campaign Execution: lead full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and own execution, including planning, measurement solutions, reporting (Q ), and performance optimization.

* Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: serve as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on Tik Tok solutions, new features, and best practices, driving the adoption of our products, best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.

* Strategic Insights, Data Analysis & Optimization: deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations through QBRs and executive updates to drive continuous improvement and client impact, demonstrating deep analytical expertise.

* XFN

Collaboration:

work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

* Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.

* Demonstrated experience of full funnel digital marketing and measurement

* Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.

* Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance

* Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS)

* Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.

* Fluent in Italian and English. High written and oral proficiency in Italian is required as this role will work with regional clients

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable media buying.

* Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders

* Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
