Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a highly curious and analytical Programmatic Intern to join our dedicated Programmatic Team.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a thorough understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, encompassing campaign activation, optimization, and reporting. You will gain hands-on experience, directly supporting senior members in daily tasks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (sales, product, trading teams, as well as media and tech providers/vendors) to execute performance-driven campaigns. This is a unique chance to develop strong knowledge in both the technical and commercial aspects of programmatic, with a high focus on improving campaign results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Activities
* Support senior team members in the setup, activation, optimization, and continuous monitoring of programmatic campaigns across various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
* Assist in conducting media and financial analysis of programmatic campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and identifying key performance trends to inform strategic adjustments.
* Contribute to the generation of comprehensive performance reports for programmatic campaigns, and assist in interpreting data to derive actionable insights for internal and client review.
* Provide essential support related to programmatic supply management, helping to ensure smooth campaign delivery and troubleshooting any technical issues as needed.
* Actively collaborate with internal (sales, product, trading) and external (media and tech providers/vendors) stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and foster a collaborative environment.
About You
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
* Genuine interest and enthusiasm for new media, digital advertising, and the evolving programmatic ecosystem.
* Rigorous and comfortable with numbers and calculations, possessing an ability to interpret data and a genuine curiosity for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior through programmatic insights.
* Good knowledge of both written and spoken English and Italian, as you will engage with diverse teams and clients.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), ad exchanges, or other programmatic tools will be considered a significant advantage.
