As a Retail Territory Manager, you are the heartbeat of Mondelēz’s in‑store success, delivering world‑class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution and bringing beloved brands to life on shelves across your territory.
What You’ll Do- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans.
- Lead and inspire a team of full‑time and part‑time merchandisers—hiring, coaching, and developing performance.
- Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in‑store.
- Provide expert on‑site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and executing HQ programs.
- Tailor data‑driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion.
- Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top‑tier service.
- Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
- Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with Full‑Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
- Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
- Operate safely within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.

- At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 3–5 years of selling experience, including a strong sales background with an excellent understanding of business processes and systems.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs. (occasionally over 50 lbs.) and perform related tasks.
- Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
- Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

Successful candidates must be located within 40 miles of the cities listed above.
Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $56,200 to $77,275, dependent on experience, skills, education, and location. The role also offers a highly competitive bonus program with potential for over achievement based on performance and company results. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
Many benefits have eligibility requirements and are subsidized or fully paid by the company. No relocation support is available.
