Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with experience in heavy equipment, semi and diesel engines, or trucks? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll perform basic to moderately complex maintenance and repair operations to keep plant equipment, machinery, and facilities in top working condition. You’ll diagnose issues, complete repairs while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using sound troubleshooting techniques
- Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
- Complete oil changes and routine servicing on equipment and vehicles
- Work on diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailers
- Perform engine and transmission repairs
- Conduct trailer maintenance and tire repair/replacement
- Execute and support preventive maintenance programs
- Install, assemble, and repair machinery, components, and tools
- Maintain accurate reporting and communicate issues to leadership
- Collaborate with team members and contractors on complex repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 3–5 years in a heavy manufacturing or semi/trailer/diesel/mechanical environment
- Experience as a diesel mechanic, semi-truck mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systems
- Experience with trailer mechanics and tire repair
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
- Welding and torching experience
- Licensed Mechanic
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands‑on, fast‑paced work environment
