We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Lead and support a maintenance team
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Read/interpret engineering blueprints
- Fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades
- Maintain LOTO, safety, and ISO documentation
- Manage inventory, order parts, and coordinate with vendors
- Partner with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field
- Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Ability to lead, coach, and train team members
- Welding experience a plus (not required)
- Comfortable with high/low voltage basics
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Climate-controlled facility
