Mobile Plant Fitter

Mobile Plant Fitter – Norfolk / Mildenhall £19.00 – £24.00 per hour  Overtime Norfolk / Mildenhall | Field-Based NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an established construction machinery business looking to add an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to their engineering team, covering Norfolk, Mildenhall and the surrounding areas . This is a hands-on field-based role working primarily on a modern fleet of excavators, telehandlers, rollers and associated construction plant .

The Role Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on construction plant. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults. Attend breakdowns and minimise machine downtime. Complete planned preventative maintenance and inspections. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Liaise with customers and the wider engineering team. Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. About You We're looking for an experienced Plant Fitter / Mobile Plant Engineer with a strong background working on construction machinery.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience working on heavy plant or construction equipment . Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.

Experience with excavators, telehandlers, rollers or similar machinery. Ability to work independently in a field-based role. Relevant plant engineering qualification is desirable but not essential. Full UK driving licence. Package £19.00 – £24.00 per hour , depending on experience. Overtime available. Company vehicle. Ongoing training and development.
