A progressive rural healthcare organization located in the scenic Badlands of Eastern Montana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join its team. This is a 20-bed Critical Access Hospital serving a tight-knit community of approximately 8,000 residents, along with two local nursing homes (70 and 80 beds).

This facility has a strong leadership team, streamlined onboarding process, and pays within 30 days of start (often sooner). It s a place where physicians stay.

Position Highlights

• 10 days per month (goal of consecutive days, schedule flexibility discussed)

• Low-volume call

• 1:2 call rotation structure

• Collaborative practice with an experienced PA/NP

Compensation & Benefits

• $325,000+ base salary

What You ll Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in clinic and hospital settings

• Manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform office procedures within scope of expertise

• Conduct selected laboratory testing and prescribe medications

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers in patient management

• Participate in shared call coverage

What They re Looking For

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Montana license (or ability to obtain)

• Two years of experience preferred, but strong candidates considered
