As a Central Input Analyst I in our Loan Operations team, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role that supports branches across the bank. You'll help ensure loan and account information is accurate, complete, and compliant while providing outstanding service to internal customers throughout the organization.

• Process and maintain loan and account information requests.
• Review and resolve transaction exceptions.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Assist branches with account setup, updates, and inquiries.
• Analyze reports and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Cross-train in additional operational functions to support team success.
• Help safeguard the bank by consistently following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Dependable, accurate, and team-oriented work ethic

• Banking experience or knowledge of banking terminology
• Experience with the Fiserv banking platform
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
