Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Miles City, MT, requiring 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

• Active MT or compact RN license required (no pending licenses)
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current AHA BLS required; certifications must not expire prior to assignment start
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP as appropriate for the unit
• Epic EMR experience required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Med/Surg unit at an acute care hospital in Miles City, MT
• Variable 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week at 36 hours per week
• Charting is performed using Epic EMR
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts
• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; health teaching and counseling; executing delegated medical functions; and referring patients for further evaluation as needed
• Documents nursing care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former permanent Intermountain employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible
