Advanced Practice Provider Family Medicine

About This Role

• Practice at Holy Rosary Primary Clinic in Miles City, Montana.
• Clinic open Monday-Friday, providers typically work four 10‑hour days with a day off during the week and no weekends (36 clinic hours with 4 hours of admin time).
• Join a well‑respected, established group of providers with excellent team dynamics.
• Collaborate with excellent support staff, on‑site specialties, and visiting specialties from our sister care site in Billings.
• Full‑spectrum care with high‑quality patient outcomes and experiences.
• Use EPIC EMR (system‑wide).
• Access and support from the larger Intermountain Health organization, including visiting specialists and direct connections to primary care children services.
• Strong partnership with St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, Certified Stroke Center, and accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.
• Easy access to an international airport in Billings, MT.

• Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (national certification required).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP as required.
• Applicable experience as defined by position leadership.
