Long Term Care CNA (Temp-to-Perm) provides direct patient care in a 13-week assignment near Miles City, Montana, delivering essential support for residents while earning competitive pay up to $1,200 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor patient health and report changes or concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and conditions.
Execute infection control protocols and ensure safe patient handling procedures.
Support patients' emotional and psychosocial needs, fostering a caring environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Montana CNA License.
BLS certification.
Strong LTC experience certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience.
Proven experience working with dementia patients.
Experience in acute care and swing bed units.
Ability to work flexible day/night shifts.
Excellent communication skills.
