Job Duration: 13 Weeks (Possibility of Extension)
Shift Options: Night Shift – 12 Hours
Pay: Local Pay: 65/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $2487/Weekly
Job Summary:- Provides emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and life-threatening conditions.
- Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
- Evaluates patient health status through ongoing assessment and monitoring.
- Administers medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments.
- Performs health teaching and patient/family education.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Documents patient care according to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- May float to other departments and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
- Minimum one (1) year of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing
- Active RN License.
- BLS and ACLS
