Who We Are:

Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that hasserviced

Idaho and Montana for four generations.

Merchandisers travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure our products are stocked, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route.

• Handle a wide array of different beverage products, safely,and efficiently.
• Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backstock areaswith beverage products.
• Rotate stock tocomply with“sell-by” dates and freshness standards.
• Build,maintain, and dismantle branded promotional displays and endcaps.
• Install signage, decals, and promotional point-of-sale materials.
• Safely handle manual equipment (hand trucks) for lifting, stacking, and transportingbeverageproducts.
• Drive a company or personal vehiclebetween stops
• Follow directions communicatedby the sales representative and merchandising supervisor.

• Self-motivated, as they will not have asupervisoron site.
• Organized, withexcellentattention to detailand customer service orientation.
• Enjoysapositionwhere they are active and moving around often.
• Prefers a flexible, dynamicposition, as this is not a 9-5 “office job".

• Valid driver’s licenseandclean driving record with no major violations.
• Reliable transportation to use throughout workdayand proof of auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Must be able to lift and move cases ranging from 20- 30lbs.regularly.
  
  Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Work independently across multiple retail locations,including early mornings and during weekends or peak holiday periods.
