CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Service Now Developer with extensive experience in various modules and services;
Experience as a Service Now Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team. This position is located in the Baltimore, MD office with a hybrid working model acceptable.

• Provide support as a Team Lead and as a Service Now Senior Developer.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses technical, management, automation, and operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view beyond User Story requirements.
• Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
• Provide support and mentor Service Now Developers.

• Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience as Service Now developer
• Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
• Experience with the US Federal Government
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
• 8+ years of experience with developing Service Now solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, HR
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
• Experience across numerous parts of the Service Now platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
• 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
• 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions

• Additional Service Now CIS certification with preference for the following:
  Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer
• CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management
• Experience with Web development technologies (X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java)
• Experience with implementing JavaScript to support automation across Service Now modules
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Work spaces and External Portals
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
• Specialized Service Now Developer Certifications (ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, TRM/APM or HR)
• Project Management or Agile certification
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification
• Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
