Senior Service Now Developer / Team Lead

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Service Now development experience
- Bachelor's + 7 years of experience, Master's + 5 years, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree
- Strong technical leadership experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership driving solutions/change
- 5+ years of architecture/system design experience
- 5+ years supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.
- Strong experience across Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC and/or HR
- Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
- Experience with Service Now integrations and third-party technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- Service Now CSA/CAD and CIS certifications are highly desirable
