In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring our facilities operate at peak efficiency.

• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for facility operations and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead quality assurance programs and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, analyze trends, and improve processes.
• Drive root cause analysis for performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate facility standards and exceed client expectations.
• Train and mentor operations staff on quality protocols and CMMS utilization.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with CMMS systems in a facilities operations environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in commercial or government facility operations is highly desirable.
