Sinai Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care. The role is full‑time with weekend commitment, rotating shift schedule (7:00‑7:30 pm and 7:00‑7:30 am). Sign on bonus potential: up to $10,000.

• Provide safe, age‑appropriate patient care to pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Act as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

• Registered Nurse license in Maryland or a Compact state.
• Telemetry experience.
• Experience in Pediatrics, PICU, or NICU.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Pediatric or Neonatal preferred.
• For critical‑care float roles: willingness to follow a 6‑week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days.
