Administrative Assistant - CBHC

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:

  • Opening and closing the office
  • Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
  • Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments
  • Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
  • General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies

The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem‑solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi‑tasking and working independently.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:

Full Time, 40 hours

Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Requirements

Required

Skills & Experience:

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, reliable, responsible, and friendly
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
  • Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1–2 years administrative experience required
