Sales Support Coordinator - Order Entry

The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for generating accurate and timely quotes based on requests provided by Account Managers. This role involves interpreting project requirements, calculating costs, and compiling detailed quotes and orders for various linear LED lighting solutions. The Order Entry Specialist efficiently handles data entry, maintains accuracy, and communicates effectively with internal teams to ensure all project specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project specifications received from Account Managers to create accurate orders.
• Calculate and compile costs for products, materials, and labor.
• Input data accurately into the company’s quoting and CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, production, and project management teams to align on project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain organized records of orders, update orders as necessary, and ensure timely completion.
• Provide internal updates on quote statuses and resolve any discrepancies with team members.
• Conduct periodic checks for accuracy in pricing, part numbers, and quantities.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred, or High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with quoting software or CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
