Key Hyundai of Milford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our busy, high-volume service department. This service technician role is ideal for professionals who take pride in precision, efficiency, and strong diagnostic skills. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will work in a modern shop with consistent repair volume, supportive management, and opportunities to grow within the dealership.
AutomotiveService Technician Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as an Automotive Service Technician
- Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on Hyundai vehicles
- Complete repair orders efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
- Communicate repair needs effectively with service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Stay current with Hyundai technical updates and manufacturer training
- Meet productivity and quality goals as a professional service technician
- Previous automotive service technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
- Hyundai dealership experience preferred (not required)
- Previous Automotive Technician Experience Preferred (Hyundai Experience a Plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ase Certifications Preferred But Not Required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
