Job SummaryThis role involves direct client interaction, performance analysis, and the management of on-site staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. The primary objective is to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities- Supports the preparation of business reviews
- Provides recommendations to improve programs and enhance customer value
- Assists in operational set-up of new business locations
- Expedites day-to-day service problems
- Build and sustain relationships with clients
- Manages onsite service staff ensuring excellence in pantry operations
- Provide HR Functions such hiring, disciplining, and coaching
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of account management experience within a related industry
- Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive business reviews to clients
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective decision-making skills
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Familiarity with coffee equipment and understanding of basic functionality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
