Customer Service Representative

Immediate customer service representative needed

Great job opportunity with room for advancement - full training provided

Shift: monday - friday, flexible between 8am-6pm (8 hour shift) + must be able to work every other saturday

Overtime is available, you will be paid time and a half!

Pay rate: $18/hr

Overtime rate: $27/hr

On site: milford, ct

Qualifications:

+ 2 years of office experience/customer service experience

+ ability to manage inbound phone calls

+ microsoft office proficient

+ self starter

+ excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative at this organization, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include:

+ handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers.

+ promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth.

+ providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors.

+ closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone.

+ accurately entering customer information into our database.

Pay and benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
