Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities

+ Handle 50-60 inbound calls/day + outbound follow-ups

+ Sell & upsell Mosquito Squad services

+ Educate customers and close sales over the phone

+ Process payments and enter customer info

Requirements

+ 6+ months call center or sales experience (preferred)

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Positive personality; team player

+ High school diploma

Schedule

+ Mon-Fri, 8-hour shift between 8 AM-6 PM

+ Apr-Jun: 2 Saturdays/month required;
Sundays optional

This is a Contract position based out of Milford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
