Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The 1-Tom Plumber Dispatcher will provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. The dispatcher will manage calls for the technicians and the day‑to‑day operations.

Strong customer service skills, multitasker, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
