Overview

WIN Waste Innovations is a waste management company committed to delivering essential waste management solutions. We are seeking a Laborer who is confident, enthusiastic, and able to maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the facility. The role includes working in areas with high traffic and wearing appropriate PPE to ensure safety and effective communication with coworkers and visitors.

• Identify areas on the ground that require litter removal and dispose of waste in designated containers
• Retrieve waste litter and place it in appropriate containers
• Sweep and clean breakrooms and maintenance shop areas
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate effectively with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers, and management

• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
