Senior Process Engineer
Salary:115-130k DOE
About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Process Engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and making a real impact on production. This is a key role supporting advanced process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead advanced process troubleshooting and provide hands‑on support to the production team
- Train and mentor process technicians and engineering staff
- Use scientific methods and data‑driven approaches to develop and optimize process parameters
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and output
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to recommend design and process enhancements
- Support process validation and transfer to production
- Strong experience in Thermal Molding (Injection Molding experience also considered)
- A hands‑on, floor‑oriented engineer who enjoys being involved in real‑time problem solving
- Solid mechanical mindset with a focus on manufacturing processes
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis
- Strong background in plastics processing
- Lean Manufacturing experience (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt a plus)
- Proven track record of continuous improvement initiatives
