Associate Applications Engineer - Lighting

The Associate Applications Engineer supports lighting fixture specification and project execution, taking direct ownership of assigned projects while working within a collaborative team environment where senior engineers provide guidance and review on more complex engagements. This role is responsible for managing customer lighting projects end-to-end, including takeoffs, bills of materials, and AutoCAD submittal packages, with the expectation of growing independence over time.

The Associate Applications Engineer will also field technical questions on lighting products and specifications, assist with documentation, and contribute to overall customer success.

• Own and manage assigned customer projects independently from start to finish, with senior review available on more complex engagements
• Build and maintain bills of materials for lighting projects, independently on owned accounts with senior oversight on larger or more complex jobs
• Develop lighting submittal packages in AutoCAD, including drawings and documentation for customer sign-off and approval, with senior review available as needed
• Respond to lighting customer technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalat (continue: etc...)
