The Role That Makes It All HappenAs an Escrow Specialist at Holler Law Firm, you'll be the financial guardian of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions. This isn't just data entry—you're the critical checkpoint ensuring every dollar flows exactly where it should, when it should, with absolute precision. Your expertise directly enables families to secure their dream homes and investors to close pivotal deals.
WhatYou'll Master Every Day Financial Transaction Excellence
- Review banking information with forensic attention to detail before releasing funds, ensuring every transaction meets our exacting standards
- Process and log wire transactions (both incoming and outgoing), maintaining meticulous records that serve as the backbone of our financial integrity
- Organize high-volume, time-sensitive document shipments
, coordinating critical paperwork that keeps deals moving seamlessly - Reconcile and review IOLTA account reports
, maintaining the financial accuracy that clients depend on
- Balance files before, during, and after disbursement with precision that protects both clients and the firm
- Monitor real-time queues to identify and resolve urgent actions within strict service level agreements
- Collaborate with closing teams to prepare transactions for flawless disbursement
- Address banking communications and resolve discrepancies with professionalism and accuracy

- Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred—your background in financial operations will accelerate your success
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex data analysis
- Experience with workflow management systems and action-based software
