The Locker Business is a rapidly growing part of our global portfolio, providing innovative locker and secure storage solutions across North America and international markets. As NORAM Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth, scalability, and financial success of this expanding business.
The Finance Manager is a key finance leadership role responsible for the financial performance, governance, and strategic direction of the Locker Business across North America. Reporting to the Global Locker CFO
, this individual serves as the region's senior finance leader and trusted advisor to the NORAM Locker CEO
, providing data-driven insights, financial stewardship, and business partnership to support growth and operational excellence.
Leading both the Accounting and FP &A functions, the successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with strong financial and operational discipline, ensuring accurate reporting, effective planning, robust controls, and informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Business Partnership- Serve as the primary finance partner to the NORAM Locker CEO, providing strategic insight and constructive challenge to business decisions.
- Advise executive leadership on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and investment priorities.
- Lead and develop the Accounting and FP&A teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the NORAM region in global finance discussions and performance reviews with the Global Locker CFO.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and applicable IFRS requirements.
- Lead year-end close activities and manage internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity across the organization.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models, variance analyses, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver meaningful insights, dashboards, and executive reporting to regional and global leadership.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business performance.
- Ensure a strong internal control environment and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support SOX or equivalent compliance programs and remediation efforts as required.
- Partner with operational leaders to review financial results and performance against plan.
- Lead finance participation in ERP implementations, upgrades, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with IT, Operations, and Global Finance teams on systems integration, data migration, and process standardization.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting quality, and scalability.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and treasury coordination.
- Support M&A activities, due diligence efforts, and post-acquisition integration.
- Coordinate tax compliance activities with external advisors and global tax teams.
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to identify and execute cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop finance talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven leadership of both Accounting and FP&A functions.
- Experience with in manufacturing, industrial, technology, logistics, or other B2B environments.
- Experience working within multinational or matrixed organizations preferred.
- Hands‑on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar), including implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Hyperion, TM1, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills; automation and process improvement experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
