Trade Link Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Milford, CT.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to implement, configure, and support supply chain and logistics technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping clients optimize business processes and successfully deploy Trade Link solutions.

This position combines client-facing consulting, technical troubleshooting, business analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams. This role offers exposure to global supply chain operations supporting many well-known brands

• Support customer software implementations and onboarding
• Analyze customer business requirements and workflows
• Configure and test system integrations
• Troubleshoot implementation and production issues
• Provide customer training and technical guidance
• Coordinate with internal support and development teams
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience in client-facing consulting and professional services
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration with global teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in consulting, software implementation, supply chain technology, or related fields

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or transportation systems
• Knowledge of EDI, ERP, WMS, TMS, or supply chain visibility platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, XML, JSON, AS2, FTP/SFTP, or related integration technologies
• Familiarity or experience working with RFID
• Prior experience in software implementation, SaaS consulting, or professional services environments
