Role Description

This full-time on-site Advanced CNC Programmer role is based in Durham, CT. In this position, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components, utilizing technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include creating CNC programs, selecting appropriate tools, ensuring machine calibration, and inspecting parts for quality. You will collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize machining processes and ensure efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CNC Programming with Mastercam, including the ability to create accurate and efficient CNC programs using macro logic.
  • Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling processes to ensure precision and quality in production.
  • Strong understanding of Technical Drawings and excellent ability to interpret and apply specifications.
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Previous experience in advanced manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software is a plus.
