• Coordinate receiving of bulk raw materials.
• Conduct quality inspection of material and record on forms.
• Transport concentrates, nylon and polystyrene from queue to machines. Record on log.
• Transport molded parts to inventory queue and swap truck.
• Transport molded parts from queue to assembly.
• Transport empty containers from assembly to molding.
• Record information on bin travelers.
• Transport direct pass samples (all container types) to assembly.
• Collect and record direct pass tickets.
• Operate 3 tray molding machines and auxiliary box and stacker. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals.
• Operate 2 pusher molding machines and auxiliary bagger. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals.
• Maintain trays pad printer and prepare ink.
• Maintain nylon and delrin loader filters.
• Conduct housekeeping on assigned machines and in loader room.
• Accumulate, weigh and record departmental scrap by type.
• Prepare cardboard containers for recycling.
• Place daily order with off‑site warehouse for boxed material and molded parts.
• Conduct daily inventory of queue.
