Alinabal seeks a Value Stream Supervisor to lead daily production activities on the line, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will rebalance staffing to meet demand, coach operators, and partner with Quality and Maintenance for containment and preventive tasks.
You will drive continuous improvement with Lean/5S, track KPIs, and mentor team members, while maintaining a clean, compliant work area and coordinating with Engineering as needed.
