Alinabal is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily line operations and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will rebalance staffing to meet customer commitments, coach staff, and ensure adherence to procedures while focusing on continuous improvement.
You will oversee maintenance coordination, track throughput and downtime, and mentor operators to develop skills in Lean/5S and ERP/MRP usage. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential in this fast-paced facility.
