, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.
If you enjoy working with electronics, paying attention to detail, and helping ensure products meet the highest quality standards, this is a great opportunity to build your career in electronics manufacturing. Training is provided.
What You'll Do- Inspect printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies for quality and workmanship
- Identify and document defects or nonconforming materials
- Complete inspection records and production documentation
- Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Perform basic soldering and touch-up work as needed
- Handle and move products safely through the manufacturing process
- Follow ESD and safety requirements to protect products and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable following detailed instructions and established procedures
- IPC-A-610 certification a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or GED required
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
