BIC World is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead a 3-shift production environment and oversee a workforce of 100+ employees. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity and employee engagement while owning production budgets.
You will develop a high-performing operations team, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain, and apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and improve OEE.
