Shape Precision Parts at B&A Precision For over 50 years, B&A Precision has produced complex components for the Aerospace, Defense, and Medical sectors. We are a mid-sized CNC manufacturer looking for a seasoned CNC milling expert who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and high-caliber work.

A Day in This Role Set up and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical CNC mills to machine precision components to spec.

Load work holding and positional indexers, confirm offsets, and validate first-article quality.

Write and edit basic CNC programs at the control using G-code on Fanuc systems.

Read and interpret engineering drawings; apply GD&T (knowledge desirable) to ensure conformance.

Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify first piece and in-process production dimensions.

Collaborate in a team-based environment and coordinate directly with the shop President to maintain quality and throughput.

What You Bring5+ years of hands-on CNC milling setup and operation experience.

Deep familiarity with Fanuc controls and on-the-fly G-code edits.

Ability to program and work with positional indexers.

Sharp attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.

Comfort working collaboratively on the floor to keep jobs moving.

Schedule & Pay This is a full-time, 1st shift position offering an extremely competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
