** Position Overview*
* We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated packaging equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient, safe production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate automated packaging machinery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

+ Maintain continuous production by supplying machines with materials and components

+ Perform product changeovers and verify accuracy of bills of materials

+ Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate mechanical problems to maintenance as needed

+ Conduct routine quality checks and accurately complete production and shift documentation

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through daily housekeeping tasks

+ Track and record production data, inventory usage, and operational performance

+ Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and leadership to meet production goals

+ Support additional packaging and production tasks as assigned

+ Work overtime or weekends as needed and remain flexible with shift assignments

** Requirements*
* + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

+ Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions

+ Willingness to train and qualify on multiple packaging machines and equipment

+ Consistent record of safety, attendance, and job performance

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

+ Effective communication skills across teams and departments

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Prior experience operating high-speed automated production or packaging equipment preferred
