Pay Range: $80.00‑$100.00 Per Hr

• Join our dedicated outpatient team as an Allergy Advanced Practice Provider.
• This part‑time position is based in Milford, CT, offering a flexible weekday schedule.
• Candidates should have at least one year of clinical experience and a keen interest in managing allergic and immunologic conditions using generic technology tools.

• Evaluate and manage allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret allergy tests.
• Administer allergen and oral immunotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients.
• Manage acute allergic reactions.
• Collaborate with clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

• Board‑Certified NP or PA with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• 1–2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate and detail‑oriented.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
