Milford, CT. BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about home care to provide one‑on‑one nursing services for a pediatric client experiencing seizures and hyperglycemia. The client requires care on Thursday and Friday from 8:00AM to 2:30PM.

• Travel to a single client home on a schedule chosen.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

• Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.
• Shift lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• PRN, part‑time or full‑time hours.
• No weekend or minimum requirement restrictions.
