About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pre/Post Op department at Milford Campus provides high-quality patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This per diem role is ideal for nurses who are committed to excellence in patient care and professional practice.
Highlights- Location: Milford, CT
- Schedule: Per Diem
- Collect and analyze patient data for assessment and diagnosis.
- Develop and modify individualized care plans.
- Implement care plans and coordinate transitions in care.
- Promote health and ensure a safe environment for patients.
- Evaluate patient progress toward health outcomes.
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Experience:
- Critical Care RN experience required; PACU RN experience preferred.
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current RN License in Connecticut.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS certification required.
- Participation in the SPIRE clinical advancement program.
