Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice
Provide specialized hospice and palliative care as a registered nurse, ensuring compassionate patient support and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care in a hospice setting
- Coordinate with healthcare teams and serve as a primary point of contact for patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations
- Support patients' comfort and quality of life through specialized nursing interventions
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
- Strong communication, empathy, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
