- 5–10+ years of aerospace quality experience with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- In‑depth knowledge of AS9100 and related quality management systems.
- Experience with standard inspection equipment and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QMS management, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing documents, blueprints, and job travelers.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as JobBOSS2, E2, Pro Shop, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and office software skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who bridges the office and shop floor.
- Proactive problem solver and collaborative team player.
- Comfortable prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS), ensuring readiness for audits and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in‑process, and final inspections, and manage calibration and proper use of measurement tools.
- Lead structured root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for non‑conformances, driving closure and documenting preventative solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and report on key quality metrics, using data to guide improvement efforts and communicate results to leadership.
- Supervise, train, and develop quality inspectors and technicians, promoting best practices and a culture of accountability.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000.
