What You'll Do
- Evaluate, qualify, and monitor suppliers to ensure quality and performance expectations are met
- Perform supplier audits and assessments and follow up on identified issues
- Investigate supplier quality concerns and manage corrective actions, including SCARs
- Review drawings, Bills of Materials, specifications, and inspection requirements for product compliance
- Participate in supplier selection, qualification, and development activities
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements
- Lead and support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem-solving efforts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or a quality-focused environment
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and FDA requirements
- Proficiency inRead and interpret drawings, Bills of Materials, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others
