This is a part-time, seasonal role for a Bartender at Dockside Brewery, located in Milford, CT. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers to provide excellent service, handling food and beverage orders, and managing transactions accurately. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, staying knowledgeable about the menu, and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with patrons effectively and ensure a positive experience
• Food & Beverage knowledge, including preparation, presentation, and pairing recommendations
• Cash Handling and Bartending skills for accurate transactions and efficient beverage preparation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required
• Capability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the role
• Must be TIPS certified or earn certificate during training.
